Stainless steel Marlinspike. Used for working ropes and knots. 

Comes untied. Tie your own Turk's Head with the included 10' of paracord (Color of included paracord may vary). 

 

If "TIE THE TURK'S HEAD KNOT FOR ME" is selected, your marlinspike will ship with the Turk's head knot tied, with the ends secured with cyanoacrylate glue. This will prevent the Turk's head from coming undone under heavy use. You will still receive 10' of cord with your order.

    I've used wooden fids, nail punches, and various other odds and ends as stand-in marlinespikes, but this is the real deal. It's beautifully machined, perfectly tapered, and a joy to use.

    Two marlinspikes are better than one

    I really like these. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. Once I had the second one, it was much easier to tighten down the turk's head knot on the first one. I got it so tight, the paracord is as hard as glass.

    The Marlin Spike is one of those items you never knew you needed until you have one and then you wonder why you never had one in your life long before! I would definitely recommend it! Comes in handy on so many fronts. Sturdy & well built. A bit sharper at the point than most others I have seen which is a plus in my book. I also ordered 50ft of 1/4 Nylon Paramax to go with it. All items were exact as advertised, shipped earlier than expected, and Turk's Head was very simple to tie with video instructions .

    Very impressed with the finishing and feel of this spike. It was fun to follow the instructions and tie my first Turk's Head knot, and I'm excited to begin using this for making things at my desk.

    I really like this marlin spike. It's a good quality spike and the space to add a turks head is really cool. I always wanted a marlin spike after learning knots and this one is perfect for my needs.

    Perfect design. Very sturdy. Feels heavier than you think it should, which I like. It has a satiny, matte finish that lends itself to maintaining a good grip while being smooth enough to feel frictionless. Entirely worth the money.
