Marlinspike
The order was processed quickly and arrived fast. Good quality heavy metal. I like the indent near the top where you can put a Turkshead or jug sling knot. Thanks for the paracord that comes with it. Good Turkshead instructions on YouTube. Happy to support your channel by purchasing this.

Perfect
I've used wooden fids, nail punches, and various other odds and ends as stand-in marlinespikes, but this is the real deal. It's beautifully machined, perfectly tapered, and a joy to use.

Two marlinspikes are better than one
I really like these. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. Once I had the second one, it was much easier to tighten down the turk's head knot on the first one. I got it so tight, the paracord is as hard as glass.

The Marlin Spike is one of those items you never knew you needed until you have one and then you wonder why you never had one in your life long before! I would definitely recommend it! Comes in handy on so many fronts. Sturdy & well built. A bit sharper at the point than most others I have seen which is a plus in my book. I also ordered 50ft of 1/4 Nylon Paramax to go with it. All items were exact as advertised, shipped earlier than expected, and Turk's Head was very simple to tie with video instructions .
