The Marlin Spike is one of those items you never knew you needed until you have one and then you wonder why you never had one in your life long before! I would definitely recommend it! Comes in handy on so many fronts. Sturdy & well built. A bit sharper at the point than most others I have seen which is a plus in my book. I also ordered 50ft of 1/4 Nylon Paramax to go with it. All items were exact as advertised, shipped earlier than expected, and Turk's Head was very simple to tie with video instructions .

Everybody Needs One of These
Top notch quality and a very excellent addition to anyone's rigging kit. I think we have all been there with that one knot that won't shake loose and those of us who value rope/paracord don't want to waste an inch by cutting.
