A genuine leather sheath sized perfectly to store your Marlinspike.
This kit comes with:
• Laser cut leather- front and back panel. Belt Loop. (Leather is approximately 2mm thick)
• Black paracord for stitching
• Razor blade to help you complete your sheath.
Custom engraving is available as an added option.

Note: Use mild soap and water to wash off the soot from the laser cutting process before stitching your sheath with gutted paracord.

Marlinspike sheath kit
If you get the marlinspike, this sheath is a must have - just be sure to follow the video instructions and wash with light soap and water. I got impatient and skipped that step and ended up with a light coat of carbon over everything. oops.

Fun & easy for beginners
I just got into sailing and wanted to learn some rope work. Came across first class amateur and liked his approach. So I ordered what ended up being a very expensive first order ( because I'm Canadian ) . That said hot the stuff and followed the instruction video. Which is for an older version ( luckily I didn't realize till I was almost done sewing lol... I was Able to sort that without starting over ?... Stoked

This kit is fun to put together and very well made. A necessary addition to the marlin spike IMO. Easy to assemble from the pictures, but a video would be helpful.

Good quality leather and nice cut out. Definitely need to clean the char off the laser cut edges before assembling. Perfect fit for the Marlin spike definitely takes a few minutes to assemble but nice when done.
