A genuine leather sheath sized perfectly to store your Marlinspike.
This kit comes with:
• Laser cut leather- front and back panel. Belt Loop. (Leather is approximately 2mm thick)
• Black paracord for stitching
• Razor blade to help you complete your sheath.
Custom engraving is available as an added option.

Note: Use mild soap and water to wash off the soot from the laser cutting process before stitching your sheath with gutted paracord.

Marlinspike Leather Sheath
Very nice kit, good quality leather, attractive and useful when completed. The only negative: I could not find assembly directions on the AwesomeforSale website at the location where the kit paperwork said to look. I’m not experienced with leather or paracord work but I figured it out by looking at the photos of an assembled sheath.

This marlinspike and its sheath are outstanding products. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but these are top-quality tools. I got both with engraving, and the engraving is great, too.

Marlinspike sheath kit
If you get the marlinspike, this sheath is a must have - just be sure to follow the video instructions and wash with light soap and water. I got impatient and skipped that step and ended up with a light coat of carbon over everything. oops.

Fun & easy for beginners
I just got into sailing and wanted to learn some rope work. Came across first class amateur and liked his approach. So I ordered what ended up being a very expensive first order ( because I'm Canadian ) . That said hot the stuff and followed the instruction video. Which is for an older version ( luckily I didn't realize till I was almost done sewing lol... I was Able to sort that without starting over ?... Stoked

Great quality, Fun Project
This kit is fun to put together and very well made. A necessary addition to the marlin spike IMO. Easy to assemble from the pictures, but a video would be helpful.

Marlin spike sheath
Good quality leather and nice cut out. Definitely need to clean the char off the laser cut edges before assembling. Perfect fit for the Marlin spike definitely takes a few minutes to assemble but nice when done.
